Do you like French Pedicure? I love it! Here are my feet with new french pedi.
I embedded flower nail stickers and cracked ice glitter flakes in the gel. The flakes reflect light and change colour from orange to blue or green depending on the angle from which the nails are viewed.
Here are the nails in the dimmed cold light.
I made these nails couple of days ago, but I still have pain in my back from bending over to the toes 🙂

Today I have Pansy Flower Nails for you.
To create this design I used acrylic paint, a pencil, coloured pencils and a top coat.
First I covered glue on nails with acrylic paint. When the paint dried the nail surface became a little bit rough, so it was possible to use a pencil to sketch the outlines of the Pansy Flowers. The smaller grooves the brush leaves in acrylic paint the easier it is to sketch on it. A sharpened pencil will draw stronger lines, a blunt more blurred. What I figured out making this nails is that the pencil should be soft but not too soft. If you use too hard pencil you may destroy the paint on the nail, too soft, from another hand, will smudge when you cover your drawing with a top coat.
To add a colour to the drawing, I used coloured pencils. Again, it is better to use soft ones.
On the top of a drawing I applied a top coat. Without it drawing would blur and fade.
While applying a top coat the sketch may smear, so it’s important to be careful while painting otherwise the drawing can be destroyed.
Thank you for coming!
Do you like lavender? I love the colour of these flowers so I made lavender nails.
The background and the flowers are painted with acrylic paint. To add a glossy finish to the nails I painted them with top coat.
Thank you for coming!
Here are my new nails with tulips.
For this nail design I used only acrylic paint. I didn’t use any shiny top coat so the nails are matte (except a little bit of gloss on the petals).
I wanted to paint them with top coat but I was afraid that the tulip petals will loose this tiny grooves made by the brush.
Thank you for coming and have a nice weekend!
Today I am posting my Hibiscus Nails. Do you like these flowers? I think they are adorable. I think that hibiscus nail art is quite popular right now. I saw stamps, nail stickers and fimo with hibiscus pattern.
These ones are free hand painted.
The flowers are made with acrylic paint, the background is made with a regular nail polish. When the paint was dry I added two coats of top coat.
Painting hibiscus flowers was great fun for me so I guess I will make some more nails with this pattern.
Thank you for coming 🙂
