EzFlow – TruGel – Mermaid’s Tail

today I have swatches of EzFlowTruGelMermaid’s Tail to show you.
Mermaid’s Tail is darker blue gel polish with pink/purple and green/blue shimmer.

TruGel Mermaids Tail

Depending on light the shimmer is more or less visible. If the shimmer is sparkling it is turning the gel polish into a pearly violet but without it colour looks more like a dark blue with delicate metallic finish.

TruGel - Mermaids Tail

The shimmer in Mermaid’s Tail is really vibrant and brings a feeling of fairy-tale ocean world. Unfortunately my camera didn’t quite capture this sparks coming from shimmer.

Those swatches are with three coats which are enought for a good coverage. With only two coats the colour is still a bit sheer.

The formula is absolutely great, not too thin not too thick, making the application easy. There was no shrinking or pooling at the cuticles. I really like it!

Blue Nails with Splash Design

today I have photos of my current nail design to show you.

LeChat - Perfect Match - Skies the Limit

The blue gel polish is LeChat Perfect Match Skies the Limit. It is a thermo gel polish changing colour depending on the temperature. If you like this colour you can read more about it in my other post here.

Thermo Gel Polish

Skies the Limit looks very good on longer nails when there is a temperature difference between the nail bed area of the nail and the free edge. It creates nice ombre effect.
On the photo below my nails are cold so the polish changes colour into a darker blue.

Gel Polish Design

On the accent nail I made a random splash design using different gel polish colours.

LeChat - Mood Gel Polish

I added a little bit of Skies the Limit to the splash design so it also changes depending on the temperature.

KIKO Nail Lacquer – Pearly Blue Peacock (530)

today I have a swatches of KIKO Nail LacquerPearly Blue Peacock (530) for you.

Kiko 530 Pearly Blue Peacock

As its name suggests this nail colour looks like iridescent peacock feathers. The base is dark blue with loads of shimmer. Depending on the light it changes colour from dark blue to emerald green with a hint of rich violet or golden brown. Unfortunately my camera didn’t quite capture this iridescence.

Kiko 530

The formula of this polish is great and the the application was smooth. These photos are 3 coats of polish and taken after two days of wear.
